Tasting notes:
Nose: Fresh apple aromas combine with walnut and subtle ginger spice. Sicilian lime comes to the fore alongside subtle aged leather.
Taste: Smooth poached pear flavours give way to apricot and banana. A hint of vanilla develops with pineapple and mature oak.
Finish: Full and long finish with lingering citrus zest.
